Clip-in Luxy Hair extensions are made from 100% remy human hair and feature a combination of varied hair lengths to mimic your natural hair best (also known as single-drawn hair). They come straight and can be styled to waves or curls using hot tools.
Our clip in hair extensions are dyed using a multi-tonal adapt coloring system, which means there are subtle highlights and lowlights (lighter and darker strands) throughout each set. This gives it movement, dimension, and depth. It also ensures that the extensions blend with your natural hair, even if your hair color is slightly different. You can also have them dyed or toned darker by a professional hair colorist.
Kindly note: Since our Seamless clip in extensions are made with silicone at the base, this material does not take to dye, so it will remain its original color after dyeing. Alternatively, our Classic extensions have a fabric base that can be dyed as it will take to the color.ย

Luxy Hair extensions are offered inย 38 beautifulย colors ranging from Jet Black to Platinum Blonde, and from Highlights to Balayage. Our extensions are made with a multi-tonal adapt coloring system, which meansย that there are subtle highlights and lowlights, lighter strands and darker strands throughout each set. This gives the shades movement, dimension, and depth. It also ensures thatย the extensions blend with your natural hair even if your hair color is aย few shades off.

Ourย Seamless extensionsย are a part of a new collection Luxy Hair launched in 2017. They're similarย to ourย 160 gramย Classic set, however, they have more hair attached to each weft making the full set slightly thicker. They are madeย with a thin silicone-weft base that lays flat against your head.

Can I curl and straighten my hair extensions?
Just like your own hair, Luxy Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Luxy Hair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.
Additionally, we recommend to only use a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of constant nutrition.

How do I care for my extensions?
Creating aย good routine with your Luxy Hair extensions from the start will help prolong their lifespan.ย Since they areย made from 100% Remy human hair, they can be styled and washed just like your regular hair, however,ย the more you wash and heat style your extensions, the shorter their lifespan will be, so try to keep washing and product use to a minimum.
Please note that unlike our Straight Clip-In Ponytail Extension, the care instructions for the Curly Clip-In Ponytail Extension are different in order to preserve the curl pattern. We donโt recommend dyeing/toning, using water-based products, washing or heat styling (such as straightening, blow-drying or curling). In addition, we recommend only using a wide-tooth comb or your hands to brush through the ponytail.
Keep in mind that unlike your own hair, which receives natural hydration from the oils on your scalp, hair extensions donโt have a natural hydration source. Does my Luxy Hair set come with a sample swatch?
Each Luxy Hair setย includesย aย tester weftโaย 2-clip pieceย locatedย in the top compartment of the box, so you can check the shade in person. While this weft is a part of your full set, it is intended for color matching before you commit to the rest of the hair.ย The tester weft is part of the set and must be returned for all returns and exchanges.ย ย
Please note that this tester weft is distinct from our individual sample swatches.ย

We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout. It will take 1 business day to process your order,ย regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer Saturday delivery for orders placed by 5pm ET the day before, by selecting FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking linkย once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder.ย Standard & express shippingย costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).ย

These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Luxy Hair in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state. We do ship to Military Mail addresses.ย

Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). This means that you will not be required to pay any additional duties upon delivery.ย
At checkout, you will see taxes added to your order. This prepaid ahead of time will guarantee absolutely no additional charges when you receive your package.ย
United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, France, UAE, Switzerland, Europe
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). The cost of the price is inclusive of all duties and taxes, which guarantees there will be no additional fees required at the time of delivery.
Other International
At checkout, you will have the option to prepay your duties and taxes. If you choose to not prepay, your order will be shipped ย DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States). Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Luxy Hair.ย
If you do prepay your duties and taxes at checkout (which is recommended by Luxy Hair to ensure a smooth delivery), your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which guarantees no additional charges at the time of delivery.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
Delivered but Not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please read this articleย for next steps on how to locate your package. Also, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.ย We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout.ย If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

You may return your order for a refund or exchange it within 60 days of purchase, as long as the main compartment is still sealed.ย
