Before you wear the Hair Topper for the first time, you'll need to adjust the band:ย ย
Hold the excess band end with one hand and pull theโฏstopper firmly towards the knot at the end of the adjustable band to unlock it.โฏย ย
Pull the excess band out from the other sideโฏto shorten the part that goes around your head.ย
To lock in the size, pull the stopper firmly towards the hook.ย ย
Adjust the length of the band by making it just small enough so that itโฏfits snug and comfortably.ย ย
Take the Hair Topper off and put it back on to adjust the size until you feel comfortable to lock it in.โฏย
Once you find your size, tuck the excess band into the clear loop to prevent it from hanging & becoming visible.ย ย
While the band is through the loop, cut the excess band shorter, leaving at least 2 inches remaining. Tie a knot at the end to prevent the stopper from coming off if you need to make size adjustments later.ย

Stick a small piece of tape to the prepped area.ย
Place a protective bandage over the tape.ย
Allow the tape to sit for at least 24 hours. Check for redness, itchiness, or burning.ย
Apply the Tape
Decide how many tape pieces are needed based on hair loss or for added security.ย
Cut tape pieces between 1-2 cm (about 0.79 in) long (max 3 cm (about 1.18 in) for the front).ย
Cleanse the scalp area and Hair Topper areas with 99% alcohol. Let them dry completely.ย
Peel one side of the tape liner, place tape on the front edge of the Hair Topper, and press firmly for 10 seconds.ย
Repeat the process for additional tape pieces as needed.ย
Apply the Hair Topper to your head, ensuring the taped section sits on your scalp. Remove the remaining liner and press firmly on skin for 10 seconds.ย
Remove the Tape
Dab rubbing alcohol along the tape edges with a cotton ball or Q-tip.ย
Slowly lift the Hair Topper until the tape releases easily.ย
Change The Part
Dampen the hair with a spray bottle of water.ย ย
Use a rat tail comb to create the new parting and pin the hair on either side.ย ย
Set the parting by blow drying on low heat.ย ย
Once dry, you can style the Hair Topper as you'd like.ย
