Whatโ€™s Covered

During theย 3-monthย warranty period (โ€œWarranty Periodโ€), Luxy Hair guarantees that the covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, including:ย 

  • Manufacturing defects (such as defective clips or missing wefts)ย 
  • Premature shedding or unraveling*ย 
  • Abnormal matting or tangling when used andย maintainedย according to Luxy Hair care instructions**ย 
  • Color inconsistencies beyond normal production variation***ย 

Whatโ€™s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:ย 

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, removal, or handlingย 
  • Chemical processing, coloring, bleaching, toning, perming, or relaxingย 
  • Heat damage caused by styling tools exceeding recommended temperatures of 120ยฐ C (250ยฐ F)ย ย 
  • Failure to follow Luxy Hair care and maintenance instructionsย 
  • Normal wear and tear over time, including gradual shedding or texture changesย 
  • Final sale or clearance itemsย 
  • Luxy Hair Productsย purchasedย from seller who is not authorized by Luxy Hairย 

Who This Warranty Covers

This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser of Luxy Hair extensions purchased directly from Luxy Hair or an authorized Luxy Hair retailer. The warranty is non-transferable.

Products Covered

This warranty applies to Luxy Hair human hair extensions, including wefts and unattached clips, purchased as new, non-final-sale items.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 3 months from the original date of purchase. The Luxy Quality Guarantee is effective as of June 4,2026and applies exclusively to products purchased on or after this date. Proof of purchase may be required. Purchases made prior to the effective date are not eligible for the Luxy Quality Guarantee.

What Luxy Hair Will Do

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Luxy Hair will, at its discretion:ย 

  • Replace the defective productย orย 
  • Issue store credit for the original purchase priceย 

Luxy Hair will cover the cost of the replacement product or store credit. Shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Customer Responsibilities

To obtain warranty service, the customer must:ย 

  • Retain proof of purchaseย 
  • Submit a warranty claim within the 90-day warranty periodย ย 
  • Provide photos, videos, or other documentationย reasonably requestedย to evaluate the claimย 
  • Bear any costs associated with improper use or excluded damageย ย 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.ย 
  3. Submit requested photos or videos for review.ย 
  4. Await claim evaluation by Luxy Hairโ€™sย Customerย Support Team.ย 

Only Luxy Hair or its authorized representatives areย permittedย to approve and fulfill warranty claims.ย 

Timing of Warranty Performance

Luxy Hair will review warranty claims within a reasonable time, typically 1-3 business days after receiving all required documentation.

Informal Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a warranty claim, you may contact Luxy Hair Customer Support to request further review.

Legal Rights and Remedies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so portions of this warranty may not apply to you.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxy Hair disclaims all implied warranties beyond the 90-day warranty period. Luxy Hair is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the product.

Clarity and Scope

This warranty is intended to be clear and not misleading. It covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not guarantee that the product will meet individual styling preferences, longevity expectations, or results influenced by personal use, styling habits, or environmental factors.

Disclaimers:ย 

*Premature sheddingย 

Shedding caused by defects in construction, includingย a visibleย clump or section of hair detaching from the weft or base whileย remainingย joined at theย root,ย or excessive hair fallout uponย initialย unboxing orย firstย use thatย is beyondย normal release and indicative ofย a constructionย defect. This does not include the natural release of individual strands that may occur during unpacking, brushing, or normal wear.ย ย 

**Abnormal matting or tanglingย 

Matting orย tangling thatย occurs due to a defect in the hair or construction and that is not expected under normal wear and proper maintenanceย in accordance withย Luxy Hair care instructions. This excludes matting or tangling caused by friction, product buildup, heat styling, environmental exposure, improper storage, chemical processing, or normal wear over time.ย 

***Color inconsistency beyond normal production variationย 

Color deviations that areย deemedย defective by our customer support team, including extensions that are more than one shade lighter or darker than intended or thatย exhibitย an incorrect undertone. Minor variations consistent with natural hair characteristics and standard production tolerances are excluded.ย
