The Classic Collection comes with 10 wefts โ or pieces โ that can be easily clipped into and removed from your natural hair. This Collection is perfect for those with medium to thicker hair densities, and the wefts are made with a flexible fabric-stitched weft that can be used to add a small boost of volume at the root where the natural hair lays over the weft.
Classicย Clip-In Hair Extensions Collection
Clip-in Luxy Hair extensions are made from 100% remy human hair and feature a combination of varied hair lengths to mimic your natural hair best (also known as single-drawn hair). They come straight and can be styled to waves or curls using hot tools.
Our extensions are dyed using a multi-tonal adapt coloring system, which means there are subtle highlights and lowlights (lighter and darker strands) throughout each set. This gives it movement, dimension, and depth. It also ensures that the extensions blend with your natural hair, even if your hair color is slightly different. You can also have them dyed or toned darker by a professional hair colorist.
Our Classic Collection
Classic Clip-Ins feature fabric-stitched wefts that are flexible and are good to add more volume to your roots. They are offered in a variety of different weights and lengths to cater to many different hair types. The higher the grams, the more hair that is attached to each weft. The individual strands themselves will remain consistent in thickness.

What lengths do you offer, and what do they look like on?
Clip-in Luxy Hair extensions are available in our 12" Seamless collection,ย 16"ย Classicย &ย Seamlessย collections, as well as our standard 20"ย Classicย &ย Seamless collections.ย We also offer a 24" Classic collection.ย Our Ponytail & Haloยฎย hairย extensions come in 16 & 20-inches.
Why doย they look longer on some people and shorter on others?ย
Great question! This is because Luxy Hair extensions will appear different in length on every person, as we all have different torso lengths. If you have a longer torso or are quite tall, Luxies will appear shorter on you. If you are more petite or have a shorter torso, Luxies will appear longer on you.
How long will Luxy Hair extensions be on me?ย
In order to determine how long your Clip-Ins will be on you, we recommend measuring either 12,16, 20 or 24 inches down from the top of your ear with a measuring tape, as most wefts will be applied around the crown of your head.ย For Haloยฎ hair extensions, please measure from the crown of your head as the main weft will be applied here. What if Luxy Hair extensions are too long on me?ย
Since Luxies are made of 100%ย remyย human hair, they can be cut or trimmed to any desired length by an experienced hair stylist if you are interested in a shorter length. If you decide to get them cut, we recommend having them already clipped into your hair during the haircut. We also recommend coming up with a numbering system for the wefts, so that you know exactly where each weft is supposed to be clipped in for the future uses.ย
What if I want a longer length?

Can I curl and straighten my hair extensions?
Just like your own hair, Luxy Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Luxy Hair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.
Additionally, we recommend to only use a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of constant nutrition.

How do I care for my extensions?
Creating aย good routine with your Luxy Hair extensions from the start will help prolong their lifespan.ย Since they areย made from 100% Remy human hair, they can be styled and washed just like your regular hair, however,ย the more you wash and heat style your extensions, the shorter their lifespan will be, so try to keep washing and product use to a minimum.
Please note that unlike our Straight Clip-In Ponytail Extension, the care instructions for the Curly Clip-In Ponytail Extension are different in order to preserve the curl pattern. We donโt recommend dyeing/toning, using water-based products, washing or heat styling (such as straightening, blow-drying or curling). In addition, we recommend only using a wide-tooth comb or your hands to brush through the ponytail.
Keep in mind that unlike your own hair, which receives natural hydration from the oils on your scalp, hair extensions donโt have a natural hydration source. We offer Saturday delivery for orders placed by 5pm ET the day before, by selecting FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder.ย Standard & express shippingย costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). This means that you will not be required to pay any additional duties upon delivery.ย
At checkout, you will see taxes added to your order. This prepaid ahead of time will guarantee absolutely no additional charges when you receive your package.ย
United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, France, UAE, Switzerland, Europe
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). The cost of the price is inclusive of all duties and taxes, which guarantees there will be no additional fees required at the time of delivery.
Other International
At checkout, you will have the option to prepay your duties and taxes. If you choose to not prepay, your order will be shipped ย DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States). Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Luxy Hair.ย
If you do prepay your duties and taxes at checkout (which is recommended by Luxy Hair to ensure a smooth delivery), your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which guarantees no additional charges at the time of delivery.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
Delivered but Not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please read this articleย for next steps on how to locate your package. Also, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.ย We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout.ย If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
