Halo® Hair Extensions Collection
The Halo® Collection is perfect for thin to medium hair types and blends seamlessly with hair that is past the shoulders. Halo® extensions are also great for those who have a sensitive scalp and find wearing clip-in extensions difficult or heavy, since the weight of the hair is evenly distributed around the scalp with the Halo®. Our Halo® is suited for low hairstyles only, such as a low bun or low ponytail. The Halo® may be paired with our Scalp Fill-ins set or Hair Topper for overall coverage, volume and length.
Our Halo® is secured with a thin, adjustable wire and four clips for a secure and comfortable fit. The adjustable wire may be custom sized for an ideal fit, and each set also comes with a spare wire. Included in each set are two 2-clip side wefts that are ideal for blending and framing around the face. The Halo® weft is 10 inches in width and the two Seamless 2-clips are 4” in width. The 12” set is 150 grams, the 16” set is 140 grams and the 20” set is 180 grams.
Each Halo® set includes a color swatch to test the shade in person, before opening the full set.

How do Halo® hair extensions work?
Halo® hair extensions are a one-and-done method to achieve longer, fuller hair. They’re perfect for first-time users and simple enough to apply for everyday wear in just a few minutes.
Our 20" Halo® hair extension comes with a 10" wide weft that is 140 grams of hair. It comes with two bonus 2-clip wefts (20 grams each) to help blend in the hair that frames your face. The weight of the Halo and two 2-clip wefts is 180 grams. Our 16" Halo® hair extension comes with a 10" wide weft that is 110 grams of hair. The two bonus 2-clip wefts are 5 grams each and the weight of the Halo® hair extension and two 2-clip wefts is 140 grams.
Luxy Hair Halo® hair extensions sit on top of your head using a nylon wire that is custom fit to your head size. There are two clips (one on either side) placed about 1.5 inches from the end of the Halo weft to ensure a secure fit. Also, after you put in your extensions, the weight of your hair laying on top will also help to keep it in place. Be rest assured - you can flip your hair around without the extensions coming out!

How do I apply Halo® hair extensions?
STEP 1: BRUSH YOUR HAIR
Brush your hair thoroughly to get rid of tangles. Then, brush out your Halo® hair extension and each 2-clip weft gently using our Loop Hair Extensions Brush, or a wide-toothed comb or paddle brush.
STEP 2: SECTION OFF YOUR HAIR
Section off your hair at the crown, tying it into a bun at the top of your head. Leave out the front sections of hair that frame your face to ensure a natural blend.
STEP 3: APPLY YOUR HALO® HAIR EXTENSION
Choosing the wire length that best fits the size of your head, position your Halo® hair extension over your bun where you parted your hair. Like a headband, it should sit comfortably and securely above your ears.
STEP 4: SECURE A 2-CLIP WEFT AT EACH TEMPLE
For some extra oomph around the sides of your face, secure a 2-clip weft at the temple of your head about two inches above your ear, fastening the clip closest to your hairline first. Do the same on the other side with the remaining 2-clip weft.
STEP 5: BLEND FOR HEAVENLY RESULTS
Take down your bun and brush through your hair to smooth everything out ensuring your real hair is covering all the wefts and the Halo® hair extension. If you’re not using our Loop Hair Extensions Brush, be extra cautious when brushing over the wire of the halo to avoid snagging.

Are the Halo® hair extensions one size fits all or are there different sizes?
The Halo® hair extension set comes with nylon wires pre-included in 7 different sizes so you can fit the weft perfectly to your head and ensure it is secured.
Before applying Halo® hair extensions, be sure to choose the correct wire size, otherwise, your extensions may sit too low or too high on your head. As a rule of thumb, the Halo® hair extension should sit comfortably around the crown of your head. It should gently touch your head, and should not move when you shake your head. Is it possible for the Halo® hair extensions to slip/fall out?
No, the Halo® hair extensions will not slip or fall out of your hair if applied correctly. This is why we added the extra clips on either side of the weft for added security if needed. After you apply the Halo® hair extension, the weight of your hair laying on top will also help keep it in place. You can whip your hair back and forth without any worries of the extensions falling out!

I have short hair. Can I wear Halo® hair extensions?
Halo® extensions are best for those who have below bust-length hair and have a thin or medium hair type. We do not recommend the Halo extensions for those with short hair as you will need more wefts and hair to create a seamless blend.

How does the Halo® hair extension wire not show?
Since the Halo® hair extension wire is thin and clear it's virtually undetectable in your hair! You'll also add a layer of hair over the wire to conceal it.

How are Halo® hair extensions different from Clip-In hair extensions?
Halo® hair extensions are a lower maintenance alternative to our Clip-In extensions. Instead of having to clip in multiple wefts to ensure a seamless blend, all you need to do is apply the Halo® hair extension and two 2-clip wefts to the side of your temples in a matter of seconds. Halo® hair extensions are also great for those with thin and fragile hair and for those who have a sensitive scalp and find it hard wearing clip-in extensions. They are best for those who have below shoulder length hair and have a thin or medium hair type.

Can I do ponytails/updos using Halo® hair extensions?
Halo® hair extensions are suitable for half up half down hairstyles, and low ponytails!

Can I curl and straighten my hair extensions?
Just like your own hair, Luxy Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Luxy Hair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.
Additionally, we recommend to only use a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of constant nutrition.

It will take 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer Saturday delivery for orders placed by 5pm ET the day before, by selecting FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
