If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through, as we have a very secure payment process. Also, please ensure that your credit card is not restricted to making international purchases. Luxy Hair is a Canadian based company.
You can also try going through the regular checkout or PayPal checkout as a payment option. If the problem persists, please e-mail us at [email protected] with your set preference (color/weight/length) that you would like to order, as well as your shipping address, so that we can e-mail you a custom invoice for your order and process it manually.
Kindly note, our online checkout system does not allow for payments to be split on two cards.
