    What is this?
    This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

    Who can join?
    Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

    How do I earn points?
    You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu. Hint hint: referring new friends is the FASTEST way to get rewards!

    How do I view my point balance?
    Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.

    How do I redeem my points?
    Select the tab called Get Rewards. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

    Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
    No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

    Do the points expire?
    No. You are welcome to use your points as is convenient for you.

    What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
    Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
    Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Points remain 'pending' for 30 days after a purchase has been made, to accommodate for our 60-day return policy. Once this timeframe expires, your points status will change to 'approved.'
    Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

    What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
    Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

    Why did my account balance go down?
    You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

    I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
    It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

    I referred a friend but didn't earn any points!
    When referring a friend, ensure to click the "Refer Friends" tab, and to send your friend your unique link to make their purchase through. If their purchase is not made through this link, you will not receive your points. For the referral to be valid, your friend must be a NEW customer and must not already have a Luxy account.

    Can I receive points for past purchases?
    Sadly, no. Please ensure that you have created a Luxy Rewards account before purchasing, and are logged in when making your purchase.

    Can I use my points during checkout?
    Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

    \How do I leave the program?
    If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

    What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
    Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

  • Do you offer wholesale packages/pricing?

    At this time, we do not offer any wholesale packages or pricing as we would like for Luxies to remain being sold exclusively on our website. We thank you for your understanding.

  • How much are Luxy Hair extensions?

    Luxy Hair extensions will vary in price depending on the weight, color, and length. Please see below for a general price list.

    20” 120g set: $129 USD
    20” 160g set: $159 - $199 USD
    20” 220g set: $209 - $249 USD
    Seamless 20" 180g set: $199 - $249 USD
    24” 220g set: $249 - $299 USD

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    Luxy Hair Extensions accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Accepted only though PayPal Checkout). For your convenience, we also accept PayPal Payments.

    We accept credit gift cards provided by one of the above mentioned credit card providers, however, please ensure that the full amount being purchased is available on the gift card. Our online checkout system does not allow for payments to be split on two different cards.

  • Why did I get charged an extra fee of $1-$10?

    Luxy Hair is a Canadian operated company based in Toronto, Canada with shipping facilities in the United States.

    If you are ordering outside of Canada, your credit card company or bank might charge you a fee of $1-$10 that might even display as if it was charged by Luxy Hair. This fee is not charged by us as it is charged directly by your bank, due to your purchase being placed outside of your country of origin.

    This fee is not refundable by us, as this fee is not charged by Luxy Hair. If you have any questions regarding this fee, please contact your bank.

  • Why is my payment not going through?

    At checkout, please make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information (name, address, etc) associated with your credit card. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through, as we have a very secure payment process. If you are unsure, please call your credit card company to verify the information they have on file.

    Also, please ensure that your credit card is not restricted to making international purchases. Luxy Hair is a Canadian based company.

    You can also try going through the regular checkout or PayPal checkout as a payment option. If the problem persists, please e-mail us at info@luxyhair.com with your set preference (color/weight/length) that you would like to order, as well as your shipping address, so that we can e-mail you a custom invoice for your order and process it manually.

    Kindly note, our online checkout system does not allow for payments to be split on two cards.

  • Will my credit card information be stored in your system?

    No card information is ever saved at Luxy Hair and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors. We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information.

    In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data.

  • I live in the U.S. - will I be charged taxes on my order?

    A 4% state sales tax will be collected on all orders made to New York. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Luxy Hair in no way benefits from this and directly pays the amount collected to the state.

  • What currency are the prices on your website listed as?

    All prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars.

    For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller.

    Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. In order to determine an estimated exchange rate for your currency, we recommend to use this online currency exchanger.
