  • How do I refer a friend to give $25 and get $25 off my order?

    Head to the Luxy Rewards window & either sign up or sign into your account.

        You are now ready to start referring to your friends. Simply share your link with your friends via text message or your favorite social channels.

        Once your friend visits your unique referral link, they will then be presented with a discount code which should be copied for pasting at checkout.

          If your friend's purchase is not made through this link, you will not receive your points. For the referral to be valid, your friend must be a new customer and must not already have a Luxy account.

          NOTE: Your referral code should not be promoted on third-party websites or apps that promote coupons - such as Honey, RetailMeNot, DealsCove, etc. If we find that your coupon code has been uploaded, your account will be blocked from our rewards program and any points awarded will be removed.

        2. Do you have a discount?

          We encourage you to sign up for our Luxy Rewards program as it is an easy way to build up loyalty points to redeem for discounts off of future purchases. Once an account is created, you can refer friends, sign up to our newsletter, like us on social media and much more which will all reward points to your account!

        3. What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

          Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

        4. How do I leave the program?

          If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

        5. Can I use my points during checkout?

          In order to redeem your points for a reward, you will need to sign into your account. Once you are logged in, you can redeem your points from the Redeem tab of the Rewards pop-up. Simply use the slider to select how many points you would like to redeem and copy-paste the generated code to apply at checkout.


        6. Can I receive points for past purchases?

          Sadly, no. Please ensure that you have created a Luxy Rewards account before purchasing, and are logged in when making your purchase.

        7. I referred a friend but didn't earn any points!

          When referring a friend, ensure you scroll to the Refer-a-Friend section in the Rewards window and send your friend your unique link to make their purchase through. If their purchase is not made through this link, you will not receive your points. For the referral to be valid, your friend must be a new customer and must not already have a Luxy account.

        8. I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

          It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

        9. Why did my account balance go down?

          You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. This may also happen if you redeemed points and did not use your generated code. To retrieve the code, click the black Rewards button on the bottom left of your screen and select the Redeem tab > Your available rewards > $5 off every 500 points. The window will then display any codes you have available to be redeemed at checkout.

        10. What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

          Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

        11. Do the points expire?

          Yes. Points will expire within 12 months if your account has been inactive during this time period. Inactivity means that you have not earned or redeemed any points.

          Example: I earn points January 1st, 2019 by liking Luxy Hair on Facebook and placing an order. For the next 12 months, however, I do not earn or redeem any further points. I do not redeem any vouchers or refer a friend that would otherwise earn me points. Come December 31st, 2019, any points I had in my account will expire.

          If, however, I had redeemed a voucher for a new purchase in June 2019 (redeemed), or liked the Luxy Hair Instagram page (earned), my points would not be eligible for expiration again until June 2020.

        12. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

          No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

          You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points and to sign up for our Rewards program, log into your account & go here. You can click on each box for more information.

        16. Who can join?

          Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

        17. What is the Luxy Rewards Loyalty Program?
