Why did my account balance go down?
Rewards ProgramYou, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. This may also happen if you redeemed points and did not use your generated code. To retrieve the code, click the black Rewards button on the bottom left of your screen and select the Redeem tab > Your available rewards > $5 off every 500 points. The window will then display any codes you have available to be redeemed at checkout.
