Our Italian sweetheart Julia first heard about Luxy Hair when she was in high school, just getting into YouTube beauty tutorials. She says Luxy Hair was her main source of hair inspiration, and the first set of hair extensions she ever purchased were from Luxy Hair. She says she has always admired Luxy Hair’s mission to build confidence in women, so when she found out about an open Customer Experience position, she knew immediately that this is where she belonged.
My main mission is to provide every customer with such a great Luxy experience, that they can't help but come back to us for more.
What does a typical day at the office look like for you?
I start off my day by responding to customer emails, then I make my way to engaging with customers across our many social platforms, read and respond to customer reviews, and hopefully find the time to work on my own projects. We’re constantly working towards improving the customer experience, so there is never really a “typical day” at Luxy HQ. My role is always evolving.
Why did you choose to work in this field?
I’ve worked in customer service since I was 15 years old. I have always had a genuine passion for helping others and thoroughly enjoy having the opportunity to make someone’s day. With so many similar products on the market, delivering an exceptional customer experience is a crucial part of differentiating one business from another. I am so thankful that I can leverage my passion in this field to help Luxy Hair be the leading clip-in hair extension company, not only in terms of product, but customer service as well. I love that Luxy Hair puts customer experience at the forefront of their business. It makes me even more grateful to be a part of such an amazing team.

What’s the best thing you ever dressed up as for Halloween?
My friends and I dressed up as the Spice Girls. I was Baby Spice. Dreams really do come true.
If you owned a restaurant, what kind of food would it serve?
Italian. Without a doubt.
Favorite Luxy perk?
Don’t get me wrong, food is everything to me. In true Cancer form, however, I am a homebody at heart. I love being able to work from home once a week.
