The Scalp Fill-ins are made from 100% remy human hair and may be easily clipped into your natural hair to mimic hair growing from the scalp for added density in thinning areas. Each small 2.5” weft clips into your natural hair and allows for a discreet application that sits flush with your scalp, so you can easily fill in near and around your part line.
Our Scalp Fill-ins are intended to blend in with your roots. The wefts will be placed under your natural hair, near your part line. A small section of natural hair is needed to conceal the top of the weft. The wefts may also be used for thinning at the crown of your head.
Our Scalp Fill-ins are suitable to be paired with other Luxy sets, such as our Thinning Fill-ins or Halo Collections (e.g. 12” Scalp Fill-ins + 12” Thinning Hair Fill-ins).

The Scalp Fill-ins resemble hair growing directly from the scalp for added density. The set comes with four (4) two-clip wefts (2.5” width each). Each small clip-in piece allows for a customizable and discreet application that sits flush with your scalp, so you can easily fill in thinning areas for added volume and coverage. The ends of the weft(s) are tapered in order to blend in with the rest of your hair.

What hair types are best suited for the Scalp Fill-ins?
Our Scalp Fill-ins are best suited for the early stages of hair loss especially at the top of the head, where your hair is beginning to thin near your part line. In some cases, the Scalp Fill-ins may also be used for thinning at the crown of your head (top of your head, near the back) as well as front/fringe areas. You do need some hair for the Fill-ins to clip into, as well as some natural hair to conceal the top of the weft.

Yes! You can wear the Scalp Fill-ins set with other Luxy Hair sets as well as your natural hair. For modest volume, we recommend combining our Scalp Fill-Ins set with our Thinning Hair Fill-Ins set by purchasing them as a bundle.

How do I apply the Scalp Fill-ins?
Our Scalp Fill-ins may be easily clipped into your natural hair to mimic hair growing from the scalp for added density over thinning areas. To apply the Fill-ins, snap open the clips, and section off small slices of your natural hair above where you intend to place the weft to cover the thinning area. The weft will be applied under this section of your natural hair. To secure the weft, snap the clips closed. Let the sectioned hair fall back down to cover and conceal the Scalp Fill-ins weft.
The ends of the Scalp Fill-ins should be the same length or shorter than your natural hair to blend in naturally with the rest of your hair.

How do I color match for the Scalp Fill-ins set?
Unlike other Luxy Hair sets, our Scalp Fill-ins is intended to blend in with your roots. The wefts will be placed under your natural hair, near your part line. Overall, it should blend with the tones of your natural hair in that area. A root touch-up spray or tinted dry shampoo can also be used to add a shadowed/smudged root look, if needed.
If you are unsure of what shade will work for you, please email 3 photos of your hair in natural light to [email protected]. For 2 of the photos, kindly look down so the top of your head (center part line or top thinning areas) is clearly visible. The other photo should be looking straight ahead with your hair down so we can see your hair more fully.

Does the set come with a tester weft?
Yes, each Scalp Fill-ins set comes with a tester weft in the top of the box to test the shade in person. As long as the main compartment of the set remains sealed and the tester weft undamaged, we are happy to accommodate a return or exchange within 60 days.

Can I “try on” the set and return it if it does not work?
We’re sorry that you are unable to “try on” the Scalp Fill-ins set and then return it, as hair extensions are a hygienic product. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer Saturday delivery for orders placed by 5pm ET the day before, by selecting FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). This means that you will not be required to pay any additional duties upon delivery.
At checkout, you will see taxes added to your order. This prepaid ahead of time will guarantee absolutely no additional charges when you receive your package.
United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, France, UAE, Switzerland, Europe
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). The cost of the price is inclusive of all duties and taxes, which guarantees there will be no additional fees required at the time of delivery.
Other International
At checkout, you will have the option to prepay your duties and taxes. If you choose to not prepay, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States). Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Luxy Hair.
If you do prepay your duties and taxes at checkout (which is recommended by Luxy Hair to ensure a smooth delivery), your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which guarantees no additional charges at the time of delivery.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
Delivered but Not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please read this article for next steps on how to locate your package. Also, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
