This is why we designed our packaging to be divided up into two compartments. One of the compartments holding your main set of extensions, and the other compartment holding your sample weft.\n\n\nWhat is a sample weft? \nWe'll break down what the sample weft is in a few digestible points.\n\nThe sample weft is located in the bottom, smaller compartment of your Luxy box.\n\nYour sample weft will be either a 2 or 3 clip weft.\n\nThis sample weft is part of the full head set. It is the 9th or 10th weft (depending on the weight you purchase) to your set.\nYour sample weft should be used for color and texture comparison purposes only. \n\n\n What do I do with the sample weft?\n\nPlease open this bottom compartment of the box first, prior to opening the main compartment. \nUnravel the sample weft from it's hair netting.\n\nHold the card and weft up against your hair in natural lighting to determine if the shade is the right match for you. \nIf it's the right match, you may open the main compartment of the box and enjoy your Luxies! \n\nIf it's not a good match, please wrap the sample weft back in it's hair netting and place it back in the bottom compartment of the box. Then, email our support team at email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange (within 60 days of purchase). \n\n What should I not do with the sample weft?\n\nPlease do not remove the sample weft from the golden security tie and the card it is attached to.\n\nPlease do not clip-in the weft to your hair, only hold it up against it. This is because hair extensions are a hygienic product, and since this weft is part of the full head set, if you do not wish to keep the set it will be sold to another customer. \nPlease do not tamper with the sample weft in any way.
