Hey guys, how are you? It's Leyla here and today's look will be actually on how I styled my naturally wavy curly hair to look like this. The few times I wore my hair like this in a bunch of videos, I got a ton of requests and I've been kind of putting it off, putting off doing this video because I don't normally wear my hair like this. I'll wear it on days that I'm short on time or I'm kind of lazy, or if the weather's really humid, there's no point blow drying your hair straight. This is kind of how I would wear... This is what my hair looks like when I kind of let my... When I embrace my curls and I let my hair be in its natural state with just a little few tips and tricks. If your hair is naturally wavy or curly like mine and you want to know what I do, then keep watching and I'll show exactly what you need to do.

Okay. So I'll start off by telling you guys what I've applied to my hair so far. So once I got out of the shower, I applied Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment, and to my ends I applied Herbal Essences Long Term, Leave-In Split End Protector for Long Hair, and then as the last step I always apply the TRESemmé Heat Tamer Spray on wet hair right before I... Normally I blow dry my hair, so for today I'm going to be styling it curly. So again I will just apply this on to all of my hair. Those are the three products that I use every time I wash my hair. For today, because I'm going to be leaving my hair curly I'm using this Pantene Curl Defining Scrunching Mousse in Extra Strong Hold.

What you need to kind of give those curls more of a definition is this thing right here, and this is just a regular Conair 1625, I guess is the code. I think this was about less than $20, I know for sure it was 16 or $18 and I got it at Zellers, which is kind of like Walmart sort of thing, and it came with two attachments, a nozzle, that's like a concentrated nozzle, and then this thing... Which I don't remember what it's called, I think it's called a diffuser or something. This thing right here, which is like this big round attachment and it's got these little spiky things, sort of, they're not sharp or anything, but they kind of stick out and it helps to kind of define your curls.

I'm going to step back while I show you guys what I do when I style my hair, and I usually do it, flip my hair backwards or downwards, because that just helps to get all the hair down into this thing, on top of it, it's going to be loud, so I'm to fast forward that portion, but you'll see what I'm doing and you get an idea of how to use it or what I do.

What I'm going to do now is just apply this onto my hair, and what I do is I shake it up really well to get the product really going, and then I put a little bit, well this isn't really a little bit, I put a lot into my palm like this. Then I go like this with two fingers, I mean two hands and kind of get the product all over my hands. Then I flip my hair over, I hope you guys can see, and I start from the bottom and I kind of start to scrunch it into the hair. And I do about three of these. What

So what I've done so far, I'll just show you guys. Again, I shake it up and then I put a generous amount into my palms. I kind of work the product into both of my hands. Again, I'll flip my hair and this time I'll go from the sides and I kind of get the product distributed all over the head or the hair first. Then once it's everywhere, then I start to scrunch it, and as you're scrunching it to you are sort of helping the curls to set in place. I would say. I'll shake it up again and I'll apply a little bit, a little less than the first two. Again, into my palm, work it into my both of my palms, and then start to kind of work it into your roots.

Okay. Once you've worked the mousse into your hair, you're going to grab your blow dryer or hair dryer, and I'll just show you guys without putting the sound, what you're going to be doing throughout this process. So you kind of bring all of your hair, flip it all the way down, just like this. And then what I do is I kind of gather the whole thing and I go into the middle of this and I kind of put it all in there and then I let...I'll turn this on, and I'll kind of let the heat to kind of start to dry the hair. And as I'm waiting for it to... While it's blowing, I kind of move it around like this to help the curls to just kind of dry into themselves. Then I'm going to do this. Once the hair starts to kind of dry up a little bit, I'm going to do the same thing, but in sections, so more concentrated like this. So let's get going.

Okay. Once you are finished blow drying the hair and you flip it back, you are going to look kind of insane like this with big crazy hair. If your hair is naturally kind of like mine, wavy and curly. I really hope that you guys find this tutorial helpful and maybe learn a few tricks if you haven't already been using this type of technique.

Yes. That was just a little side note. Hope you guys are having a great day and I will see you in the next video. Bye.
