Clip-In Buns Collection
The Clip-in Bun is best suited to those with thin or medium density hair. It is placed over your natural bun and secures with 4 combs on the inside of the bun. A drawstring pull system is then used to tighten the Clip-in Bun over your natural bun. It is super secure and very easy to apply. It’s like your natural hair bun, but better!
For color matching, you may want to match it to the mid-ends of your natural hair (the color that will be visible where you are applying the Bun). For a more contrasted look, you can also wear a Clip-in Bun that is a different color than your hair – in a complimentary toned-shade that is lighter or darker – depending on the look that you wish to achieve! Note that for our Balayage shades, the lighter color is more concentrated towards the ends of the hair strands and may be more visible once the Bun is wrapped in the final look.
The Clip-in Bun is 14 inches in length (to be wrapped up as you wish!) and weighs 60 grams. Each set comes with a tester weft to test the shade in person, prior to opening the set.

The Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun is made from 100% remy human hair. It’s your bun, but better - a fast and easy solution to make your natural bun look thicker. It comes in a standard length of 14-inches and a weight of 60 grams. The Clip-In Bun is best suited for those that can’t achieve a full bun with their natural hair. You should have a thin to medium hair type and not a lot of hair strands. Our Clip-In Bun can also be straightened or curled to match your hair texture.
It features four combs on either side of the netting that are located inside the bun to latch under the base of your natural bun. Plus, it has a drawstring pull system that tightens the bun to ensure it remains secure in place the entire time you are wearing it. Click here to see it in action! -
Should I match the Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun color to my natural hair color? Can I wear a different color?
We recommend matching your Clip-In Bun to the mid-ends of your hair (the hair color that will be visible right above where you will be applying your bun). For help choosing your perfect match, check out our help page here.
You can definitely wear a different color bun from your natural hair - this works best if you have a solid hair color. How do you apply the Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun?

Start by styling your natural hair into a tight bun using a hair tie. We recommend using our Luxy Hair Gravity-Defying Hair Ties.

Gently brush your Luxy Clip-in Bun using our Loop Hair Extensions Brush to remove any tangles. You can also use a wide-toothed comb or paddle brush.

Widen the base of your Luxy Clip-in Bun by pressing the adjustable drawstring buckle and pulling outward. This will expand the diameter of the netting in order to fit over your natural bun.

Apply the Luxy Clip-In Bun over your natural bun, and then begin to slide the four combs one by one under the base of your bun, ensuring they latch on underneath your hair tie.

Secure your Luxy Clip-in Bun in place by pulling and tightening the adjustable drawstring buckle. The drawstring will lock the size into place.

Be sure to tuck in the excess drawstring ends inside the Luxy Clip-in Bun after wrapping it around the base of your bun. Use the provided Luxy bobby pins to secure in place.
- Make sure your Luxy Clip-in Bun is secured by moving your head around, your bun should stay in place.
Styling Tips:
- For a polished bun look, be sure to wrap your Luxy Clip-in Bun in one direction and tightly tuck all loose hair ends under the bun.

Will the Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun show or be obvious to others?
Compared to other clip-in buns on the market, the Luxy Clip-In Bun is made of 100% remy human hair which is the best way to achieve a natural look. Our Clip-In Bun looks and feels real (because it is!) so it will blend naturally with your hair. Synthetic hair (which is made out of various blended fibers that contain no human hair) is generally stiff, coarse to the touch, shiny and moves differently from human hair which won’t blend as well with your natural hair.
We went through multiple variations in the size of our Clip-In Buns (the length of each of the hairs and how wide the bun is overall) before we landed on our finished product to ensure the bun isn’t too large or overly bulky. We can say with full confidence that we designed the most natural-looking bun on the market! -
Is it possible for the Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun to fall off/come undone?
No, because the Clip-In Bun features four combs that latch under the base of your natural bun as well as a drawstring to tighten it, the bun will remain tightly secured for the entire time you are wearing it.

How long does my hair need to be to wear the Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun?
Your hair needs to be long enough to wrap it into a tight bun using a hair tie. If your hair is quite short, you can also split your hair in half to create a half-up half-down look and wear the Clip-In Bun as a top knot.

Does the Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun come with a tester swatch to test the color?
We understand that it can be hard determining your perfect Luxy color match from a computer screen and we at Luxy Hair want your purchase to be risk and anxiety-free. This is why we designed our Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun packaging to come with a tester swatch. You can use this swatch to determine if the shade is a good match.
If it isn’t an ideal match, we are more than happy to accommodate a return or exchange as long as the main compartment of your Luxy box has not been opened and the golden security seal has not been tampered with within 60 days of purchase. We also offer complimentary return shipping labels on all US exchanges.

Can I apply heat to the Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun?
Yes, it can be styled using hot tools since it is made from 100% remy human hair. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Luxy Hair Clip-In Bun, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to heat styling. Additionally, we recommend only using a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair.
The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong its lifespan. While our natural hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of nutrition. Processing Time
It will take 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer Saturday delivery for orders placed by 5pm ET the day before, by selecting FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Luxy Hair in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state. We do ship to Military Mail addresses.
International Duties and Taxes
Canada
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). This means that you will not be required to pay any additional duties upon delivery.
At checkout, you will see taxes added to your order. This prepaid ahead of time will guarantee absolutely no additional charges when you receive your package.
United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, France, UAE, Switzerland, Europe
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). The cost of the price is inclusive of all duties and taxes, which guarantees there will be no additional fees required at the time of delivery.
Other International
At checkout, you will have the option to prepay your duties and taxes. If you choose to not prepay, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States). Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Luxy Hair.
If you do prepay your duties and taxes at checkout (which is recommended by Luxy Hair to ensure a smooth delivery), your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which guarantees no additional charges at the time of delivery.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
Delivered but Not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please read this article for next steps on how to locate your package. Also, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
Returns
By placing an order at Luxy Hair, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Luxy Hair. Please refer to our return policy for further information on how to return your packages.
You may return your order for a refund or exchange it within 60 days of purchase, as long as the main compartment is still sealed.
