The Luxy Hair Topper is a lightweight solution for early to advanced hair loss at the top of the head and crown areas. It is shaped to softly frame the face and has tapered ends to blend in seamlessly with your natural hair. The breathable mesh base allows for the natural-looking part line to be customized to match your own part line. Our Hair Toppers are made from 100% remy human hair and come with four clips and an adjustable band to fit snug to the head. For a totally customized look and blend, the Topper can be taken to your stylist to be customized to match your needs.ย ย ย

Who is best suited for our Topper?ย
Our Luxy Hair Topper is best suited for early to advanced hair loss at the top of the head and crown areas. Our Topper provides coverage and low-density volume for easy blending into your natural hair. The dimensions of the Topper base are 6โx 5โ (L x W). Please measure your hair loss area to ensure that the base will be at least about ยฝ inch larger than the hair loss area to be covered, and keep in mind that you need some natural hair for the clips to attach to.
The Topper hair length is 14 inches in length with face-framing pieces that are 6โ to 14โ in length. To measure the 14โ hair length on you, measure from the center point of the very top of your head, to see where the Topper ends will land on you (our ends are tapered so that it blends in naturally with your hair).

How do I color match for the Luxy Hair Topper?
We suggest matching the Topper shade to your mid-lengths to the ends of your natural hair (middle/lower parts) and not based solely on your root shade, since the Topper will cover the first few inches of the root. For a color recommendation, please send a few photos of your hair in natural light to [email protected], and weโre happy to make a shade recommendation.

Weโre sorry that you are unable to โtry onโ the Luxy Hair Topper and then return it, as hair extensions are a hygienic product. Once the main compartment of the set has been opened, we are unable to accommodate a return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

It will take 1 business day to process your order,ย regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer Saturday delivery for orders placed by 5pm ET the day before, by selecting FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking linkย once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder.ย Standard & express shippingย costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). This means that you will not be required to pay any additional duties upon delivery.ย
At checkout, you will see taxes added to your order. This prepaid ahead of time will guarantee absolutely no additional charges when you receive your package.ย
United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, France, UAE, Switzerland, Europe
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). The cost of the price is inclusive of all duties and taxes, which guarantees there will be no additional fees required at the time of delivery.
Other International
At checkout, you will have the option to prepay your duties and taxes. If you choose to not prepay, your order will be shipped ย DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States). Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Luxy Hair.ย
If you do prepay your duties and taxes at checkout (which is recommended by Luxy Hair to ensure a smooth delivery), your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which guarantees no additional charges at the time of delivery.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
Delivered but Not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please read this articleย for next steps on how to locate your package. Also, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.ย We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout.ย If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
