The set includes eight (8) 1-clip wefts, with 25-30 strands of tinsel per weft, and may be customized to where you want them in your hair. The tinsel comes in a length of 24 inches and may be cut to suit your own hair length.
Our Festival Tinsel comes in 4 sparkly colors as follows: Pink-Multi, Teal, Gold and Silver.
