This is the perfect hairstyle for Valentine's Day. It is very romantic and feminine.
Hi my beautiful friends, how are you doing? It's Mimi here today.
So, Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and today I'm going to show you how to do this beautiful and feminine hairstyle, just in time for Valentine's Day. So, let's begin.
We're gonna need a few simple tools for this hairstyle: a curling iron, cause I'm gonna be curling my hair, use any barrel you have, I'm just using this one today; we're gonna need a hair brush, just to brush the hair; we're gonna need a hair clip, to clip the hair when we're curling the hair; few bobby pins; and a rat tail comb.
So, the first thing I'm gonna do, is just brush my hair, just to make sure there are no tangles in the hair, and I am wearing my Luxy hair extensions in mocha brown; 160 grams set.
What I've done differently this time, is, instead of the four clips, so the single four clips, weft, I take the four clips from my chocolate brown set, to kind of give me the highlight effect and I just add that to the hair. It looks kind of cool when it's braided or when it's curled, so that's what I'm wearing today.
And what I'm gonna do, is just section the hair away now, and start curling it. And I'm just gonna fast forward through this part, because I have lots of tutorials on that, and then just go straight to the tutorial.
Yay! I'm done curling all the hair, and I have beautiful soft curls going through all the hair, I just love it.
So, what I'm gonna do now, is just set the hair, so it stays like that. So, I'm just gonna spray it lightly with hairspray, and because I don't want the curls to be too effortless, for this look, I actually want them to be more tight and elegant. I'm not gonna run my fingers through them, or brush them, I'm just gonna let them be.
So what I'm gonna do next, is get one section of hair from each side and bring it back. Now, what I'm gonna do, is just take these two sections and just make a knots. And once the hair is knotted, I'm gonna grab a bobby pin, and pin that hair in place.
Next I'm gonna grab the hair that's still remaining of those two strands, and what I'm gonna do, [00:02:30] is also, make another knot, and then I'm just gonna sort of flatten this section, grab two more bobby pins, and pin these sections in place.
And I'm gonna do the same thing, one more time. So, grab a section of hair from each side and bring it back. Just make a knot, bobby pin that section, and then do it one more time. So, make another knot, just don't do it fully, flatten this section, and just bobby pin it in place.
Now, if you see any hairs sticking out, all you gotta do is just grab the hair, or, if you have layers, you might experience this as well, and just pin it somewhere, kind of hair style.
And, it's done.
