• What is a Bundle?

  A Bundle consists of a full Luxy Hair set with a Volumizer weft for maximum volume. It's best suited for short hair, a blunt cut, or thick hair.

• How do I know if I need a Bundle?

  16" Classic Volume Bundle

  Our 16" Classic Volume Bundle is best suited for fine hair, mid-length hair, or short hair. This Bundle includes a full 9-piece set and a single 4-clip Volumizer weft totaling 180 grams.

  20" Classic Volume Bundle

  Our 20" Classic Volume Bundle is best suited for short hair, very thick hair, or a blunt cut. This Bundle includes a full 10-piece set and a single 4-clip Volumizer weft totaling 265 grams.

  20" Seamless Volume Bundle

  Our 20" Seamless Volume Bundle is best suited for short or thick hair, or a blunt cut. This Bundle includes a full 10-piece Seamless set and a single, Classic 4-clip Volumizer weft totaling 225 grams.

  20" Halo Volume Bundle

  Our 20" Halo Volume Bundle is best suited for short or thick hair. This Bundle includes a Halo set and a single 4-clip Volumizer weft totaling 225 grams.

• How do I apply a Luxy Hair Bundle?

  Classic Bundle

  Stack the Volumizer weft on top of the 4-clip weft from your full set. It can be clipped in directly underneath the band. This means that you'll have double the thickness but will only need to clip in one weft still. See the video below.

  Halo Bundle

  Section off the bottom half of your hair and clip in your 4-clip Volumizer weft at the roots. Then, apply your Halo hair extensions as normal. If you have short hair, please click here for step-by-step instructions.

• Do Bundles come with a tester weft?
  Yes, a tester weft will be included in all full Luxy Hair sets which is the larger box of the two that you'll receive. Please check the tester weft first to ensure the color is right for you before opening up the Volumizer weft box (the smaller one). The Volumizer wefts do not come with a tester weft.
• Will my Bundle be Classic or Seamless?

  Majority of Bundles will come with a full Luxy Hair set and Volumizer weft from the same collection (Classic or Seamless). This means that if you order a 20" Classic Bundle, you will receive a Classic full Luxy Hair set + a Classic Volumizer weft. Similarly, if you order a 20" Seamless Bundle, you will receive a Seamless full Luxy hair set + a Seamless Volumizer weft.

  The only exceptions are the following shades in the 20" Seamless Bundles:

  • Ash Blonde
  • Dirty Blonde
  • Chestnut Brown
  • Chocolate Brown
  • Mocha Brown
  • Off Black
  • Ombre Chestnut
  • Ombre Blonde

  This simply means that you will instead receive a: Seamless full Luxy Hair set + a Classic Volumizer weft.

  Both our Seamless and Classic collections can be mixed together just fine. They will not feel any different in your hair, and it will not be noticeable.

• How long does shipping take?

  It will take 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. If your order is placed by 4pm EST, it will ship the same day. If your order is placed after 4pm EST, your order will ship the next day.

  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. Shipping times will depend on your location. For more information, please click here.

• What is your return and exchange policy?

  We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 90 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. The good news is that all full sets of Luxy Hair extensions and Clip-In Bangs come with a tester weft in the bottom compartment of the rectangular box or the top compartment of the circular box. You can take out this piece to determine if the color is a good match.

• Can I curl and straighten my hair extensions?

  Just like your own hair, Luxy Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Luxy Hair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.

  Additionally, we recommend to only use a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of constant nutrition.
