How do I cancel my order?

Please e-mail info@luxyhair.com with your order number and your request to cancel and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse. Kindly note, however, that orders enter processing at our warehouse between 5pm and 5am EST Monday-Friday. Therefore, if your request to cancel your order is submitted in-between this time frame, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to cancel it.

If your order is already in processing at our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If this is the case, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery and request to have it returned to sender. The courier will then ship it back to us at no cost to you. Once your tracking information updates to confirm that your package is on route back to our warehouse, please notify us immediately at info@luxyhair.com and we will be happy to proceed with your refund back to your original method of payment.
